No grills are allowed on patios or balconies at The Citizen on Constitution. With that said, community grilling spaces are available near the pool area. A perfect for socializing on a summer day.
What is the smoking policy?
The Citizen on Constitution is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and other substances — is strictly prohibited inside apartment homes and throughout all community grounds. Residents who violate this policy may be subject to fines and/or eviction.
What happens if I lose my key or access fob?
If you lose a key or access fob to The Citizen on Constitution, contact our leasing office as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. Please note that a replacement fee may apply. For after-hours lock-out assistance to your apartment please call a local locksmith.

The Citizen on Constitution is open from 10am – 6pm Monday through Friday and from 10am – 5pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday!

What is the guest policy?
Guests are welcome at Thre Citizen on Constitution. A guest may stay for up to 7 consecutive nights without prior approval. No individual guest may stay more than 14 nights total in any calendar month without prior written consent from management. For extended visits or special circumstances, contact the leasing office in advance.
Are storage units available?
The Citizen on Constitution does offer on-site rentable storage units. Residents who need additional storage may find that the oversized closets in each apartment home provide ample space. There are several nearby self-storage facilities, including East Springs Storage for home goods,RV and Boat Storage and Extra Space Storage

What is your pet policy?
The Citizen on Constitution is a pet-friendly apartment community in Colorado Springs! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment, including dogs and cats.We utilize PetScreening with an annual fee of $30.00 to monitor all four-legged residents and require their most recent vaccination records. The pet deposit is $300 per apartment and the monthly pet fee is $35 per apartment.

We do, however, have breed restrictions for Akitas, American Bulldogs, Boxers, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Dalmatians, German Shepherds, Huskies, Karelian Bear Dog, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terriers, and any Wolf Hybrid or any mix of the restricted breeds. No other animals including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, and insects are allowed, even temporarily, anywhere in the apartment or apartment community unless we’ve so authorized in writing.
